Your plan & usage limits

The Subscription page is your one place to see what plan you’re on and how much of it you’re using. It keeps everything about your billing in view so there are no surprises.

Steps

1. In your dashboard, open Subscription.
2. At the top you’ll see your current package with its price and the features it includes.
3. Below that, the usage limits show how close you are to each cap — products, delivery zones, monthly orders, and more. A usage bar fills up as you approach a limit, and “Unlimited” appears where there’s no cap.
4. Check your billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and the next renewal date so you know when your plan continues.
5. Use the auto-renewal toggle to control whether your plan renews on its own when the cycle ends.

Note: If you’re on a free trial, the page shows how many trial days remain, so you can subscribe before it ends.
