Facebook & Instagram catalog feed

Sohoj Dokan generates a Meta product catalog feed — an XML file — for your store. Add its URL to Meta Commerce Manager once, and your products flow into Facebook and Instagram shops and catalog ads, kept up to date automatically.

Steps

1. Open Integrations from the sidebar and open the Marketing tab.
2. Find Facebook Catalog Feed and copy the Feed URL shown (it ends in /feed/facebook.xml). The feed is always on — there’s nothing to switch on or save.
3. In Meta Commerce Manager, open your Catalog → Data sources.
4. Choose Add items → Data feed → Scheduled feed, then paste the URL.
5. Pick a schedule (hourly or daily) and save. Meta syncs your catalog on that schedule.

Note: The feed includes every active product that has an image, and refreshes automatically as you add or edit products — you never need to re-upload anything.
