Using the mobile app

The Sohoj Dokan merchant app lets you run your store on the go. It uses the same data as your web dashboard, so everything stays in sync.

Steps

1. Download the Sohoj Dokan merchant app from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS).
2. Open the app and log in with the same phone number and password you use on the web.
3. Use the bottom tabs to move around:
   • Dashboard — stats and recent orders at a glance.
   • Orders — view, filter, and update your orders.
   • Products — add and edit products.
   • Analytics — see how your store is performing.
   • More — categories, delivery zones, integrations, subscription, settings, and more.

Note: Turn on push notifications so you’re alerted the moment a new order arrives.

Tips

• Anything you change in the app appears on the web dashboard, and vice versa.
• Keep the app updated so you always have the latest features.
