Email notifications

Set a notification email and you’ll be alerted by email every time a new order comes in — useful when you’re away from the dashboard.

Steps

1. Open Integrations from the sidebar and choose Messaging.
2. Find Email notifications and turn it on.
3. Enter the email address where you’d like to receive order alerts.
4. Tap Verify. We send a 6-digit code to that address.
5. Open your inbox, copy the code, enter it, and tap Confirm. The address now shows a Verified badge.
6. Save.

Note: The address must be verified before any notifications are sent. This confirms the inbox is yours and keeps your alerts secure.

Tips

• If the code doesn’t arrive within a minute, check your spam folder, then request a new one.
• To change the address later, enter the new email and verify it again.
• Send yourself a test by placing a small order in your store to confirm everything works.
