Bank transfer

Bank transfer lets customers pay directly into your bank account. Like bKash and Nagad, it’s a manual method — the customer transfers the money and you confirm it yourself.

Steps

  1. In your dashboard, open Integrations and go to the Payment tab.
  2. Tap the Bank Transfer card.
  3. Enter your bank details: bank name, account name, account number, routing number, branch, and account type (savings or current).
  4. Choose the payment amount: Full order amount, a Fixed amount, a Percentage of the order total, or Delivery charge only.
  5. (Optional) Add instructions for the customer.
  6. Turn it on and tap Save.

How it works

At checkout, your bank details are shown to the customer. They transfer the money and enter a reference (such as a transaction number). The order arrives as Pending verification. Check your bank statement, then confirm the payment.

Note: Double-check the account number before saving — payments go straight to the account you enter here.

What’s next

Verify customer payments once the transfer arrives.
