Set up delivery zones & charges

Delivery zones let you charge different shipping rates by area — for example, less inside Dhaka and more outside it. At checkout, the customer picks their zone and its charge is added to the order total.

Steps

1. Open Delivery Settings → Delivery Zones from the sidebar.
2. Click Add Zone.
3. Enter a Zone Name that customers will recognise, such as “Inside Dhaka” or “Outside Dhaka”.
4. Set the Delivery Charge for that zone in taka.
5. To offer free delivery on larger orders, set a Free Delivery Threshold — once an order reaches this amount, the charge is waived. Leave it empty if there is no threshold.
6. Set Status to Active to use the zone, or Hidden to keep it off checkout.
7. Turn on Default Zone if you want this zone pre-selected at checkout. Only one zone can be the default.
8. Click Create Zone.

Note: Use the up and down arrows on the zone list to reorder zones. That order is how customers see them at checkout.

Tips

• Edit a zone any time by tapping it; deleting a zone does not change charges on existing orders.
