Ship with couriers & print labels

Once an order is ready, you can hand it to a courier and print a label without leaving Sohoj Dokan.

Steps

1. Connect a courier first — see connect a courier. The shipment option only appears for couriers you have enabled.
2. Open the order from the Orders list.
3. In the Steadfast or Pathao panel, review the parcel details (customer, address, amount), then tap Send to Steadfast or Send to Pathao. For Pathao, set the parcel weight first.
4. After sending, the order shows a consignment ID and a tracking code you can copy or open to track the parcel.

Printing labels

• For a single order, use the Print Label button on the order page.
• For several orders at once, select them in the Orders list and tap Print Selected, or use Print Labels at the top to print the whole visible list.

Note: An order can’t be sent to a courier if it is already Cancelled or Delivered, and it can’t be sent to both Steadfast and Pathao.
