Verify manual payments
When a customer pays through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer, the order arrives with the payment marked Pending verification, along with the customer’s transaction ID and sender number. You decide whether to accept or reject it.
Steps
- Open Payment Verification (you’ll find a button at the top of the Orders page when manual payment methods are enabled).
- Each waiting order shows the amount, transaction ID (TrxID), sender phone, and payment method.
- Check the transaction ID and sender number against your own bKash, Nagad, or bank records.
- Tap Verify to accept the payment (the order is marked Paid), or Reject if you can’t confirm it.
- Use the method filter at the top to review only bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or PayStation payments.
Note: Only verify a payment once you have confirmed the money actually reached your account. A transaction ID alone is not proof of payment.
Tips
- Verified orders move to Paid and are ready to ship.
- You can also see and change the payment status from inside any single order.
