Connect Steadfast & Pathao

Connecting a courier lets you book deliveries from inside Sohoj Dokan instead of entering each parcel manually. You can connect Steadfast, Pathao, and Carrybee — one, two, or all three.

Steps

1. Open Integrations → Shipping from the sidebar.
2. Steadfast:
   • Enable Steadfast.
   • Enter your API Key and Secret Key from your Steadfast merchant account (found under Settings → API Access).
   • Save. You’re now ready to book Steadfast parcels.
3. Pathao:
   • Enable Pathao.
   • Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, Username/Email, and Password from the Pathao merchant portal.
   • Click Test Connection & Fetch Stores.
   • Once connected, choose your Pickup Store from the list and save.
4. Carrybee:
   • Enable Carrybee.
   • Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and Client Context from your Carrybee merchant account (open the API Credentials page after logging in).
   • Click Test Connection & Fetch Stores.
   • Once connected, choose your Pickup Store from the list and save. You can now push orders to Carrybee.

Note: Keep your courier credentials private — they connect directly to your courier account. Use the same login you use on each courier’s own portal.

Tips

• If Pathao reports no pickup stores, create one in the Pathao merchant portal first, then fetch again.
