Partner access & permissions

A Sohoj Dokan partner can help set up and manage your store, but only with your permission. You decide who gets access, and you can take it back at any time.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, open Settings, then tap Account access.
2. Under Requests, review any pending requests — you’ll see who is asking and the reason.
3. Tap Approve to let the partner manage your store, or Deny to decline.
4. Under Active access, see partners who can currently manage your store. Tap Revoke next to any partner to remove their access immediately.
5. Check the Access log to see when partners have logged in to manage your store.

Note: You stay fully in control. Approving a request is optional, and you can revoke access whenever you like.

Tips

• Only approve requests from partners you recognise and trust.
• Review the access log from time to time to keep an eye on activity.
