Partial / advance payments

You don’t have to ask for the full amount online. On the manual methods (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer) and on PayStation, you can collect just an advance now and the rest in cash on delivery. This is set with the payment amount option.

The payment amount options

• Full order amount — the customer pays the whole amount online.
• Fixed amount — a set amount you choose (for example, 200 Tk), paid online.
• Percentage of order total — a share of the order (for example, 20%), paid online.
• Delivery charge only — just the delivery fee, paid online.

Steps

1. In your dashboard, open Integrations and go to the Payment tab.
2. Tap the method you want (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or PayStation).
3. Under payment amount, choose Fixed amount, Percentage, or Delivery charge only.
4. Enter the amount or percentage if asked, then tap Save.

How it works

The advance you chose is paid online now. The remaining balance is collected as cash on delivery. On the order, you’ll see both the online amount and the cash-on-delivery amount.

Note: Taking a small advance online is a common way to reduce risk on COD orders.
