bKash & Nagad payments

bKash and Nagad are manual “send money” (P2P) methods. The customer sends money to your personal number, then enters the payment details at checkout for you to confirm.

Steps

1. In your dashboard, open Integrations and go to the Payment tab.
2. Tap bKash (or Nagad).
3. Enter your bKash Number (or Nagad Number) — the number where customers send money.
4. Choose the payment amount: Full order amount, a Fixed amount, a Percentage of the order total, or Delivery charge only.
5. (Optional) Add instructions for the customer.
6. Turn it on and tap Save.

How it works

At checkout, the customer sends money to your number, then enters the Transaction ID and their sender number. The order arrives in your dashboard as Pending verification. You match it against your bKash/Nagad statement and confirm it.

Note: Because these are manual, always verify the transaction before you ship — Sohoj Dokan cannot confirm the payment for you.
