What are Plugins?

Plugins are optional add-ons that extend your store. Instead of every feature being switched on for everyone, you install only what you need — then configure it, pause it, or remove it at any time.

Finding Plugins

  1. Open Plugins from the dashboard menu.
  2. Browse the Discover tab. Plugins are grouped by category (for example Delivery, Marketing, Messaging, and Automation).
  3. Click a plugin to see what it does and its price.

Installing and enabling

  1. Open a plugin and choose a plan if it offers more than one.
  2. Click Install (or Subscribe for a paid plugin). Free and trial plugins switch on right away; paid plugins take you to a secure checkout and activate once payment is confirmed.
  3. Once installed, use the Enable / Disable toggle to pause a plugin without losing its settings.

Configuration for a plugin appears right inside its panel — fill it in and click Save.

Managing your plugins

From a plugin’s panel you can:

  • Manage a plugin to change its settings.
  • Disable it to turn it off. This is the single off-switch — your settings are kept, so re-enabling is lossless.
  • Renew a paid plugin when its subscription has expired.

Paid plugins and billing: disabling a paid plugin stops the next charge — you won’t be billed again. You keep access to what you already paid for until the date shown (Paid until …), and you can re-enable the plugin any time before then at no extra cost. Re-enabling resumes billing for the following cycle.

What plugins can add

Depending on the plugin, installing one can:

  • Add fields to your products — extra fields appear on the product form and render on the product page.
  • Add storefront sections — place them from the Theme Builder like any built-in section.
  • Add footer blocks and header bars — extra content above the header or in the footer.
  • Add a dashboard page or a tab on an existing page.
  • Add settings under other pages, such as the Settings page.

Where a plugin adds storefront content, you control it from the Theme Builder — show/hide, position, size and font — but only the options that plugin provides, so simple plugins stay simple.

Tip: Plugins are independent — installing one never changes another, and you can install as many as you like.
